Ingredients:

1 Head of Cauliflower

2 Tbsp Sunflower or Olive Oil

Almond Flour

Favorite Hot Sauce – I Love Cholula!

Tessemae’s Avocado Ranch Dressing

 

Some days, I’m all about trying a crazy fun recipe, but most days, I’m all about less time in the kitchen and more time on the couch.  It has been one long and eventful week with the studio opening!  Today, all of the soreness finally settled in (like literally everything hurts lol).  I’ve been on cloud 9 as we prepped for the new space, that I never noticed the physical toll I was putting on my body.

Today consisted of an early morning Sweat Barre class at the studio with Lauren Kail, followed by a nap.  A quick trip back to the studio for a meeting with the “sound guy”, and then I rolled down to our neighbors at Restore Hyper Wellness & Cryotherapy (use code “Anna20” for 20% Off a single session!) for some compression and cryo in the freezing cold chamber.  Yes, I did a lot of self care today.  I have been so inflamed, it’s unreal.  AND, if that wasn’t enough, I had my vocal lesson to try and reduce the inflammation of the nodes caused by not properly utilizing my voice while teaching.  So, after a somewhat of an eventful day of giving my body the love it has been craving, tonight’s dinner wasn’t going to be anything extravagant.

I LOVE spicy food, and these Buffalo Cauliflower bites are one of my fave!  Not only because of the flavor and spice, but they are so easy to make ;).  Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.  Lightly coat baking sheet with olive oil and set aside.  Chop the head of cauliflower into florets, and place in large mixing bowl.  Gently coat the florets with Sunflower oil, careful not to add too much, just enough so it will stick to the almond flour.  Toss the florets with the Almond Flour, then add a good bit of hot sauce.  You want to coat the florets in the hot sauce, but don’t worry if they aren’t completely coated!  Spread the seasoned florets on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.  Be sure to spread the cauliflower about the baking sheet, or else the cauliflower will steam and will not cook right.  Continue to check on the florets for your preferred brownness!

Remove from oven and place onto serving dish.  Drizzle with hot sauce and Tessemae’s Avocado Ranch!  Make it your own, add some fun toppings (crumbled blue cheese, celery, carrots, make it unique!) and tag me in your creation ;). Enjoy!
