I don’t know about you, but this quarantine is really messing with my activity level, and showing how much of a couch potato I can really become lol.  I cannot and will not let this go on, so I am committing to creating a new structure within my day to day.  In my next post, I will tell you about the steps I’m taking to get there, and how I create a layout.  But for now, let’s talk about fitness.

Moving my body has such a huge effect on how I go about the rest of my day.  It changes my mood, my productivity, and it always me to become creative by clearing my headspace of all the mess in the world around me. I go go go go go, and then reach a point that I can’t even think straight.  Fitness allows me to disconnect.  It’s like a reset button.  

When the mess of COVID-19 completely flipped our world upside down, we were forced to shut down the studio for the time being.  While we could sit around and shut down with the doors, we chose to work on the virtual aspect of Sweat PGH.  While this was a far off vision we had always thought of, the universe is telling us the time is now.  

I cherish the relationships and the community that we have in our Sweat PGH Family, and I am beyond excited that we are now growing the community beyond the walls of the studio.  Welcome to SWEAT PGH, your new at home Sweat Studio 😉
